The surgery has free on street parking directly outside the surgery.  
 
The practice is on a direct bus line 125 and 575 and there is a bus stop directly outside the practice and further down the road on the other side of the road.  
 
Access ramps are available at both front and back of the building. Once inside the building the reception is found on the ground floor.  
 
The consulting rooms are found on both floors, please let the reception staff know if you need to be seen on the ground floor. 
 
The staff speak their native language, some speak additional languages such as Urdu and we also use language line for multi- international patients. 
 
Should you need any extra help, please let our reception staff know and we will do our best to help you.  

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access & Out of Hours

Outside of normal surgery hours urgent medical attention can be obtained by phoning 01204 462880. You will be given the number for Out of Hours.

Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
